Who Should Consider Counselling?
Your child isn’t “acting out,” they’re struggling. Tantrums and withdrawal often mean they don’t have words for what they feel.
You had a baby, and you don’t feel like yourself. Postpartum anxiety and low mood are common, and treatable.
Something happened, and it hasn’t left you. You don’t need to relive it before you’re ready for help.
Your teenager has gone quiet. They may need a space to talk without fear of judgment.
You’re always “on” as a parent. Burnout is real, and you deserve to be heard too.
You’ve noticed a pattern early. Trusting that instinct often prevents bigger struggles later.
Asking for help takes courage, not weakness. It also shows your child what healthy coping looks like.
